Transportation along secondary roads in the Cumberland Plateau adds an average 42-minute one-way commute for parents working manufacturing shifts.
Workforce Development Requirements for Tennessee Applicants
Proposals must submit county-by-county staffing projections that distinguish between degree-holding lead teachers and assistant roles filled by high-school graduates completing the state's Early Childhood Education Credential.
